Project Overview

One of our most recent projects has been the construction of a Dormer Bungalow for the Campbell family in Westmeath. The house is approximately 2000 sq. foot and has been built using quality German fixtures and fittings to a turn-key-finish.

House Type: Dormer Bungalow

House size: approx. 2000 sq. foot

Internal Finishes and Fittings: German Homes (Turn-Key-Finish Level)

Client Testimonial

“I always liked the idea of the German construction method – the speed of construction as well as the high quality of finishes. The house is not just well insulated and airtight, the finishes like wall paintings, plumbing and electrical installation are superb. I really enjoyed the trip to Germany, where I choose the finishes and fittings for my home. The German workers are proud of the work they doing. They’re working long hours too. The carpentry e.g. internal doors, architrave, staircase are excellent made and prefinished lacquered. It is not just the top quality of the product, it is also the way the Germans fitting the items e.g. the architraves are secretly fitted and no nail holes are shown. As you can hear, I’m quiet enthusiastic about it”.
