We work to any house design and specification. If you have house plans drawn up yourself or by your architect, we can build it. If you haven’t got house plans yet, we offer our architectural service and our expert advice. We will go through each and every aspect of the house and listen very carefully to your needs and ideas. Based on your individually designed home we will calculate a free quotation. If you like to proceed, the quotation becomes part of the purchasing contract. Our transparent quotation will give you a cost overview for every building stage and therefore put you in control of your expenses. We guarantee not to go over the fixed quotation price that we gave and have agreed with you in writing.

After receiving full planning permission, we invite you to our sampling centre in Bavaria/Germany – free of charge. Enjoy the fitting out of your house according to your own taste in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere and with the help of a specially assigned personal and experienced advisor. A vast choice of brand name appliances and materials are on display for you including door designs, floor finishes (e.g. files, parkett etc.), wall colour schemes, sanitary ware, kitchen etc.

Your house will be manufactured in our state-of-the-art construction facility, which can be toured during your stay at the sampling centre. In the controlled environment the wall-, roof- and ceiling construction is engineered, using only quality timber from source forests. All the insulation is fitted tightly (and) as well as the windows and external doors are perfectly sealed to the house construction. Our airtight construction method guarantees a draft free and top performing energy efficient home. Your house is lockable and secure right from the start of the erection on site.

Nothing is left to chance. Your home is built on site by our own skilled and experienced craftsmen. Our site-foreman will coordinate and supervise the construction throughout the whole building process. You can lay back and enjoy the building progress in the meantime. Don't have to worry about anything – just relax and see your home being built step by step on time and according to budget. Just after a short building period, you will be able to move into your own designed home and enjoy the comfort and German quality finishes as well as benefit from energy saving attributes of our own energy efficient home.
