In the controlled work-environment of our manufacturing plant, we engineer and build all the parts for our superb insulated house construction. Traditional craftsmanship goes hand in hand with computer aided machines to manufacture precision engineered and lasting top quality houses.
Wall Construction
External Wall
Our external smart thermo insulated wall has A-rated energy saving & load bearing attributes, that are astonishing.
Internal Wall
Sound and heat insulated sheathed with wooden material boards (OSB boards) and natural plasterboard on both sides.
Ceiling Construction
Sound and heat insulated ceiling construction
The ceiling construction consists of solid & chunky wooden beams (joists). Insulation is fitted between the joists as well as on top of the ceiling-floor to prevent heat losses and to avoid noise transmission between the different rooms/floor levels.

Built up from the inside to the outside

- 240 mm insulation between rafters
