In July 2009 German Homes were entrusted with the task of completing a large commercial project 22 000 sq. foot in size. The nursing home was a turn-key-finished project with 48 care-facilities offices & day-care facilities, nursing services facilitie and had to cater for a staff of approximately 70 employees.
